This is worth being precise about: a basket is not a bundle of several traders you copy at once. It’s a themed portfolio made of multiple assets.
A basket is a pre-built portfolio spread across several assets that trade on Hyperliquid, crypto, tokenized stocks, or both, aimed at capturing a specific theme. For example, a “Memory Supercycle” basket might hold a fixed mix of memory-chip makers like SanDisk, Western Digital, and Micron, instead of you having to research and weight each position yourself.
How it works
- Pick a basket. Choose one of MirrorTrade’s ready-made themes, or build a custom one yourself by selecting the assets you want in it.
- Set your amount and leverage. You decide how much capital goes in and how much leverage multiplier to apply to the whole basket.
- MirrorTrade opens the positions for you, sized to match each asset’s target weight in the basket.
- The basket rebalances automatically to stay close to those target weights as prices move.
Why use a basket instead of picking one trader
Copying a trader gives you one person’s judgment on individual trades. A basket gives you diversified exposure to a theme without picking a single trader’s timing, and without having to manage the rebalancing yourself. The two aren’t mutually exclusive, you can run copy strategies and baskets at the same time.
